CalECG is the application designed for the on-screen measurement of ECG signals in the context of pharmaceutical trials. It allows to measure the ECG in a fully manual mode or, by taking advantage of the built-in BRAVO automatic algorithm, annotations can be pre-positioned and then manually adjusted by the user. Representative Beats (Medians) are also supported.

Demo versions of all AMPS software are fully functional only with the example demo data files included in the setup package.

AMPS ECGScan 3.0 is a tool used to convert paper ECG images to digital format. ECGScan 3.0 accepts as input scanned paper ECG images (several graphical formats are supported such as JPG, GIF and PNG), and through the application of several advanced wave detection algorithms, produces digitized ECGs in either AMPS digital format or HL7 XML (the format endorsed by the FDA). New to AMPS ECGScan 3.0 is the addition of several new image processing tools that both speed up the process of digitalization and enhance the accuracy of the waveform detection.

Born of the merging of MSNA and TsdrPSD, this application provides detailed spectral analysis of cardiovascular signals, and in particular on time series derived by the ECG (tachogram), arterial blood pressure (systogram and diastogram), respiratory signal (respirogram), and muscle sympathetic nervous activity (MSNA).

A sound user interaction and flexibility in computation of all parameters are the most appreciated features of this software.

In addiction to computation of frequency domain parameters (based on autoregressive modeling methodologies), MSNA also performs time domain analysis, baroreflex sensitivity estimates, and computation of non-linear dynamic indexes (conditional entropy).

Contextual help with tutorial is included in the setup.

The Viewer Light is the product that allows to display annotated ECGs saved in the FDA HL7 XML format. The Viewer Light is a spin-off of the FDAEcg Suite, the comprehensive AMPS tool for the HL7 XML format ECGs. The Light version has a number of basic functionalities, allowing to view one XML file at a time and includes the HL7 schema validation, a verification that the XML document is a valid XML document and meets the requirements of the HL7 schema. This demo version is fully functional but only with the demo data files included in this setup package.

A User Manual is included in the setup package.

FDAEcg Suite is a new HL7 XML viewer that replaces and extends the previous XMLFDA Full Functional viewer. Noteworthy extensions are the validation and scoring modules for the HL7 XML ECG traces. The validation module verifies that both the structure and content of the HL7 XML files meet the requirements embodied in the HL7 Schema and the HL7 Implementation Guide endorsed by the FDA. Thanks to the strategic alliance signed with Mortara Instruments Inc. in August 2006, the FDAEcg Suite and the FDA ECG Warehouse produce a consistent set of syntactical warnings and error messages during the validation phase thus giving a consistent interpretation of the HL7 XML standard requirements. The scoring module measures the quality of the loaded ECGs. The FDAEcg Suite 1.0 ships with several predefined metrics that calculate the high and low frequency noise using non parametric algorithms, but new user level metrics may be created by using the SDK freely provided by AMPS.

A User Manual is included in the setup package.

ViewECG is the AMPS tool that allows to display on Windows based workstations ECG traces from a large variety of formats existing in the industry. With this viewer it is possible to display the raw data, being it both Rhythm data (standard 12-leads) and Representative beat (averaged data of 1 QRS complex). ViewECG is the ideal solution for Core Labs, Hospitals and whoever is in the need to view ECGs traces generated with machines from different manufacturers, as well as the standard FDA HL7 XML file format.
